Turning the shocks on and off remotely via the internet can be done with a TP-Link smart wi-fi plug. (They are controlled by an app and it lets you turn on and off any appliance that plugs into a standard wall socket.) Changing the shock levels remotely requires a homemade device. I can tell you how mine works by private message if you want the details of it.
